GENERAL GUIDELINES
Participants must bring their ID card.

On spot Registration between 8:00 Am to 10:00 Am will be strictly followed
Student already registred in online also should register on the spot.
Registration fee Rs.100/- per candidate
Timing should be maintained strictly in all the events
Judges decision will be final
PAPER PRESENTATION
Maximum of 2 students can present a paper
Paper Size : A4
Font:Times New Roman,Size:12pt Title :14pt(BOLD)
Content Should not exceed 8 pages.
One soft copy (by Mail) should be sent with abstract (250 words) and attach our Registration form is must
Selection Information will be sent through participant's E-mail ID only.
Bring two hard copies and one soft copy(Powerpoint presentation in pen drive) while doing presentation.
5 Minuts for Presentation and 2 minutes for Queries.
Participants of Paper presentation should not participate in any other events
TECHNICAL QUIZ
Maximum 2 members per team
Two rounds will be conducted.
Only 4 teams will be selected for finals,selection based on preliminary round.
Preliminary will be for 30 minutes with 30 objective type questions.
Questions will be based on both Hardware and softwares
SOFTWARE DEBUGGING
One member per team.
Preliminary round will have 30 objective type questions for 30 minutes.
Final round will be for 40 minutes based on preliminary round selection
Questions will be based on C & C++.
MULTIMEDIA
Two members per team.
Preliminary round will have 30 objective question for 30 minutes
For preliminary,the question will be related to multimedia
In final round,create a presentation based on any theme using Movie maker with given clips
Preparation Time : 30 Min
Presentation Time : 3 Min
MARKETING
Two rounds will be conducted
Preliminary Round:
Only two members per team are allowed to attend the preliminary round.
Question based on marketing products and general questions(30 minutes for 30 questions).
Final Round:
Maximum 5 members per team.
The topic will be given on the spot & participants should present for 5 minutes.(3 minutes for presentation & 2 minutes for queries)
